Favorite Video/Least favorite video
Hey everyone! I love being a part of turbo fire groups! This is my favorite workout set of all time! I think my favorite is Fire 45 and my least favorite is Fire 45 EZ (i think this one is the hardest even though it says EZ haha).
What week are you on in Turbo?
I just started my 4th week and am excited to track my results on Sunday! I can feel the difference in my clothes and see some muscle definition now! Not much of a weight loss yet though. :)
Is Turbo Fire Advanced Classes worth the money?
So, I'm in my seventh week of Turbo Fire and I am still really enjoying it. I'm thinking about buying the advanced DVDs - but is it worth the $120, or is there a cheaper way to buy just the DVDs and not be paying for all of the other stuff that comes with it from Beach Body?
Recovering energy
SO I'm back Turboing now and happy as a pig in mud, I eat plenty accommodate those intense burns but I still find myself feeling a little flat post work out. 4 weeks into TF, progress? (pics)
The before shot is actually from August, but I looked basically the same at the beginning of January. Weight Gain on Week 2
I just completed week two of Turbo Fire and when I weighed in I was up a pound. Its so frustrating because I'm eating better and getting awesome workouts in. Has anyone had this problem?
Need new shoes for Turbo Fire...any recommendations?
