4 weeks into TF, progress? (pics)

The before shot is actually from August, but I looked basically the same at the beginning of January. Same weight (140) and I hadn't worked out since October, so I'm pretty sure it was all fluff and no muscle!

4 weeks into TF now, not exactly following schedule but working out 6-7 times a week none the less.

Can anyone else see a difference or am I crazy? Does 5 lbs actually count?

    IMHO, you can most definitely see it in the front view pics...I believe those are obliques showin' through girl! 5lbs is a great progress in 4 weeks Keep it up!!
