Recovering energy

SO I'm back Turboing now and happy as a pig in mud, I eat plenty accommodate those intense burns but I still find myself feeling a little flat post work out.

I've been experimenting with green smoothies and vegetable juice trying to get some energy back but they don't seem to be cutting the mustard. Not keen on shakeology, and wondering, what do others do to stay energetic?
