Opinion, please

I wasn't able to workout for a few days because of back spasms. I was looking at my schedule (the TF/CLX schedule), and if I do two days' worth of work everyday for the next three days, I can get caught up. I'm pretty confident that I can do it..what do you guys think? Should I go for it or not?

Sorry i kind of forgot about the group over christmas break!! So, how did it go? Just make sure you dont hurt yourself...you dont want to really put yourself off limits!! It sucks sometimes when you cant workout, i hate it!!! But sometimes ya gotta take a break!:)0

I ended up getting caught up, only to fall behind again once I moved. Sigh...oh well, as long as it gets done, it doesn't really matter if I finish later than anticipated, I guess.0
