Ideas for food & friends!

Im new to Primal eating (started last Saturday) and so far I already love it and the way I feel. Since I'm only a week in I want to keep up my momentum BUT I am having some friends over for appetizers/muchies this weekend and am wondering if you all have any good ideas for my NON-PRIMAL friends to enjoy. (but mostly stuff that I am able to eat without having to bend too much!!)
I eat limited dairy and am just back into animal proteins (was a vegetarian for 16 years up until about 4 mos ago) so I am only, as of right now, eating organic chicken, turkey, and seafood.
ANY idea are GREATLY appreciated!

Veggies and dip
Cheese, meat, and crackers (you don't eat the crackers)
Crab-stuffed mushroom caps

stuffed mushrooms
chicken strips with a homemade honey mustard or sweet and tangy sauce
veggies with dip

Mushrooms are a great option! Also love the chicken strips w/ the homemade sauces!!

LARGE prawns peeled, wrapped in proichutto? SP?? Italian ham sauteed in garlic butter!!!
Just had those at a wedding last week they were FABULOUS!!!!0
