Knee problems?

Hey is anyone having any knee problems? My one knee cap is giving out on me. I'm thinking of getting a knee wrap..would this help?

Try a wrap and try different shoes. It doesn't happen with this so much but it does when I do Zumba. I now have special shoes for Zumba only. Rub Tiger Balm on it in the mean time. It helps with the pain.0

And definately try the tiger balm, I love it...but it can smell so get the fragrance free! I hear condroitum glucosamine helps too, I'm gonna try that...my knees crack and crunch!0

The one downside of this workout is that is is famous for being hard on the knees, I'm doing double the knee circles on the warm ups and doing modified exercises where I feel any twinges. My roblem is I seem to have pulled my ab muscles, it is really painful when i move, cough, breathe...0

My knees are sore everyday also!! This workout is pretty hard on the knees. :-(0

yes I now know that it is the jumping jacks and side lunges that are causing me problems....
Foe Jumping Jacks: my modified movement is the jump rope for my legs combined with the jumping jack arms....that and wrapping my knee helped alot.
Side llunge....modified it with a squat.
Seems to be any movement that stresses my knee on the side...hense the jumping jacks and side lunges0 -
