Sushi?

So my husband just called and said that his brother wants to take us out to sushi tonight :-( Can I have sushi? I know I can opt for brown rice or just not eat the rice but is it totally gonna kill me having that small amount of rice?? Options please!! I already had some carbs today so Im thinking its best not to touch any for the rest of the day to make sure uggh Sushi is my fav!!!

    Try sashimi. The fish, cucumber and avocado in sushi/ sashimi are all fine to have unless you have tempura shrimp or fried anything.

    Yes, saschimi is the way to go! Steer clear of rice and anything battered/breaded/deep fried.

    Stick to saschimi or cured beef, pickles, edemame beans, japanese cabbage salad, prawns (shrimp) and clear meat based broths.

    Say no to Sushi, or if you can't make the rest of your day super low carb, because they'll cost you.
