    Haha, yes, yes it is! I've had a few friends go, and they LOVED it, so I think it'd be a fun way to get back into shape and work on my flexibility :)

    My body fat is currently at 27%. I want to get lean and get down to 22%. I'm not trying to get skinny, bc I love my curves. I'm all about toning and definition. I also want to maintain a healthy weight and just be healthier all around. :)
