Weekend cooking classes?

Does anyone have any recommendations on weekend cooking classes in the area? I am looking for affordable options to expand my extremely basic skills. Prefer one time classes, but even a month long could be okay.

lots of places come to mind.. all depends on what you are interested in. For technique, William Sonoma offers free demo's. They also have hands on - but I don't have the schedule yet for this month. If you don't mind a little travel, the Whole Foods by Princeton has classes. If I can find the listing that the Inquirer has, I will send it to you..
Yes, I love to cook and love taking classes..0 -
Since you mentioned Williams Sonoma I have been watching my emails for the class announcements for KoP
But like the Apple store it is hard to get in.0 -
Try looking at Main Line School Night offerings ( it's on line) -- there are quite a few choices.0

I signed up for 3 series of classes being offered by our local school districts adult school... They were VERY affordable I thought.
First one starts on the 28th.
