Today's Challenge:
No soda today! Diet, tonic water, regular, etc... don't touch it today! Carbonation in soda leeches calcium from your bones and weakens them. Say no to soda and strengthen your whole being today!

    Hi everybody ! This is an easy challenge for me too : I haven't been drinking bubbly drinks for almost 10 years. Except for champagne on occasions of course (^_^)

    Easy for me..........I usually just drink water and green tea anyhow. Will try and fit in an extra glass though.

    I've been doing this all my life. I don't like sodas, can't evev swallow them.

    Will do Elle :) I'm down to one a day at lunch time from always having one handy. Will stick to just water today and maybe some green tea.

    Easy day! I only drink soda about once a month...if that:) My vice is SWEET TEA! hehe I love it and am addicted...call it a southern thing
