Although I did introduce some exercise, I didn't stick to my 1200 calories a day. Found that cutting that drastically made me binge eat at night when I got home from work.
Plan on sticking to 1500 a day this week, adding exercise each day, and upping my intake of water. Doctor appt on Monday so I will find my "true" weight at that time and adjust my scale to that.0 -
is it safe to lose large amount of weight in one week. I have been told that I should aim for 2 -3 lbs a week0
