Lunch Ideas

Well, if you are like me, you probably eat at your desk everyday. I'm sick of packing my lunch and I get bored with the same old so feel free to share some creative lunch ideas for workdays and also for weekends!
I will start by sharing my not-so-new found love of marshmallow fluff. While there isn't much nutritional value, it's pretty low in calories (around 40 cals per serving) so it's the perfect complement to some peanut butter (protein!) on Nature's Own Sugar Free High Fiber bread. I know, that sounds gross but you really can't tell a difference and it really saves a lot of calories compared to my old stand by (italian bread). Pack your fluffernutter with an apple and you will feel pretty full!

Ritz crackers and Peter Pan whipped low sugar peanut butter...actually, I had 5 crackers last night for dinner before my Special K cinnamon pecan cereal w/blueberries. I think the Peter Pan on crackers will be on my lunch menu Good source of protein, too.0
