I was so excited when I woke up this morning because it was my first official weigh in since i started medifast last friday afternoon....I lost 8.4 pounds!!!!!

    Congratulations! That's a VERY nice loss for one week:) I lost about 6 in my first week and I'm hoping I will post a good loss at my second weigh-in this coming Sunday. The second week has been a little harder for me.

    Congrats! That's exciting! I lost around 7 pounds my first week I believe. It was a while ago so it's a little fuzzy :)
