Anyone else do this or begin with this? I'm one month in, but it's stalling already, especially with my form not being so great.

I may be missing an important part of your message, what are you referring to when you ask if anyone starts or begins with this? And in regards to your form, what exercises are you finding your form needs to improve in?

You know what, I'm an idiot. I just re-read the post (after replying of course) I thought the topic was Starting Strength Training, I assume you are asking about the Starting Strength routine that is out there, which I've never done... But I know all about improving form!

I do this program. I started lifting again after a many-years long hiatus with NROLFW but I really didn't become focused on Big Three style lifting until October when I committed to the program outlined in Starting Strength.

After just one month, form should be the focus above any weight increases. Do you have 2.5 or 5 lb (or kg equiv.) in your setup? I frequently wait a good week or so to up weights--and even take weight off-- when I feel I am getting a bit wobbly in my squats, for example.

I found the Rippetoe instruction videos (on youtube in parts but the DVD is wholly amazing) to be really helpful with my form.

I began with this programme and made some good increases, however i was gaining weight at the time and ended up well out of my depth in jiu jitsu weight classes :) when I started dieting again the progression became too much.

The best way to get stronger is to keep going to the gym. You'll hit plateaus every once in a while which is usually a sign to mix your program up. I've even started doing some cross fit workouts every once in a while to shock my body. (A Grace workout with 225 on the bar is a real beast to complete) Just stay focused and keep pushing the weight.
