  • Done for me as well, I feel sore and tired but I am glad I did it!
  • I can't believe its day 14. I've had two rest days so I just finished workout # 12. I've had a hard time with the planks. I have plates and pins in one wrist from a nasty fracture. I felt like all I could worry about during the planks was my wrist. Yesterday, I used push up handles. It really made a difference. My legs were really working and no wrist pain!!!

    It does seem to be getting a little easier, don't get me wrong level 2 is brutal, but I feel like I am much stronger than day 1.

    Day 14 done for me. DH exercised with me again this morning. I have finally lost a little weight, just .4 but is was something. I haven't measure but I know that my legs have gained a lot of muscle.

    Ok, did day 13 and 14 today! Was extremely tired yesterday so I just went to bed. I'm so proud of us all for sticking with it, even if we grumble every time we press play (is that just me?). GO US!

    No workout today. My lower back has been hurting when I do the v squats and the military press ones. It has never hurt before and I don't know if it's normal or not.

    I'm back!

    I have had to take a few days off shredding as I injured myself but got back to it last night. I still did cardio and weights on the in between days, just no abs, so hopefully I'm not too far behind.

    Still no weight or inch loss AT ALL, but I am feeling a lot stronger so I'm not going to complain.
