7000 calories to do that..
Thats my goal for this week :-)
today i did 85mins - 711 calories :-)
6289 left..

did more so 1020 total calories yesterday
leaving 5980 for the rest of the week

Im aiming for 3500 again, there is no way I can get to 7000! To do 3000 I need to work out for about 15hrs in the week and havent got anymore time than that! Im going to push for 3500 though as I think its challenging but realistic for me!0

Im setting myself a high goal this week cos i reach 5000 a lot..
plus im working out at least 2+ hrs a day & loads on weekend too.
& its easier for me too burn more cals cos im a lot bigger.0 -
I'm new to this group. Last week I did about 3500 in exercise calories, but I don't have quite as much time this week so my goal is 3000. I am planning to sneak in a little more activity tonight so I'll post today's number tomorrow. 0/30000

We are having a lot of snow here is WA so no gym yesterday. Today I plan on doing some videos while the kids are asleep so hopefully that will make up for the missed calories burned yesterday! I just bought a Bob Harper video so we'll see how that is.0
