Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that I´m booked in to have my hysterectomy on Friday 20th January so I won´t be able to continue with the shred. I haven´t left the group as I´ll be interested to see the results at the end of the month and hopefully once I´m fit and well I´ll be able to join in again!
