I endured 5 days of level 1 in the 30 ds and reallly messed up my knees, I find it was to much impact and I carry alot of my weight in my lower half, I am going to try to lose more weight and then use it to possibly tone??? pretty dissapointing! :frown:

Sry you had to quit. It's a great workout though so maybe when you feel you have lost enough you will try it again.0

I have been having knee issues too, so I've been modifying a lot of her exercises that are high impact to save my knees. I still get a pretty good workout even with modifying some of the lunges (like not going as deep) or the jumps (not going as high or stepping).
EIther way, if you choose to continue or not, good luck in your endeavors and I'm sure you'll make your goal.0 -
