Huraaah!

It's a definite miracle! I went to the doctors for my weigh-in this morning and I've managed to lose 1kg despite a disastrous week! I love the Dukan Diet! It is so forgiving.
I'm really inspired to try hard this week now and want to get 2kg off by next Tuesday.
