Lets make a plan and stick to it! who's with me? 1 hour a day exercise? (of walking; jogging; power walking; etc.)

Totally new to all this.. started the day with a chocolate bar for breakfast so not doing very well haha!! diet/exercise starts now!0

I don't think I am quite to that level. I used to be an avid exerciser and then I started studying for college and stopped exercising altogether except on Saturdays with Zumba. It's taken me almost a full year to get myself to say I need to exercise more. I would love to join this plan, I just think it might be a little too drastic for me to join....and end up falling off again though.0

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to MFP. Like everyone else I'm trying to start the new year right! I've been wanting to drop 10-15 lbs for awhile (plus an extra 7 due to my holiday weight gain). Could use some friends to help keep me motivated!0
