    it measures all your activity to tell you exactly how many cals burned each day and tracks sleep patterns floors climbed its like a pedometer on steroids and you can sync it with fitness pal to automatically track all your activity http://www.fitbit.com/product

    I never heard of it. Seen it on here a couple times but now that I followed your link...... I want one! They seem really awesome and to track your sleep, just wow! Technology these days!
