Here is the difference I have made from October 2011 to January 2012 so far. I am happy that I am finally seeing some progress.

    I don't know why I can't smile when I take my own picture............Someone else takes my picture and the smile happens..........

    Maybe it goes back to the whole walk, talk and chew bubble gum at the same time, LOL
