I am soooo upset and embarassed!!! :frown: I am supposed to be leading my team....and this is NOT the way to lead a team! I promise to be 100% focused this coming week! I will NOT let you guys down again! The NO EXCUSE week is exactly what I need! This past week I have NOT logged my food, been slacking on the water....but I did start working out. I have been way over on my cal intake. BUT this is a new week..........and I am going to get back on track!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK to the rest of my team!!!!!!!

Well no loss or gain. I have been stuck at the weight forever it seems like and I've even started working out. Anyone got any suggestions on what I can do to kickstart my weightloss again???? Getting kinda frustrated!!0 -

PS...We have to remember that the Red Team have the least weight to lose. Therefore we will not lose as much.

No, Dont be embarassed!! Your doing wonderfully, Even though you had a little set back. I havent been drinking as much water as i should either but you gotta be STRONG! You can tough this out, No problem!! You just gotta take a deep breath and start this new week out on the right foot!

After reading some of the posts: Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. Sometimes when you see a plateau, it is because you are gaining muscle. Especially if you just started exercising or kicked up your routine because of this challenge. I've been on a exercise/weight roller coaster for years and have experienced this many times. It sucks when you don't see what you want or think you should on the scale, but just know you are changing your body for the better even if you can't see it on the scale in this moment. Keep at it, don't give up, you CAN do it!!:happy:0

OK RED TEAM, we have concluded this weeks weigh ins. It was a tough we for many of us............BUT let's put that behind us and focus on the NOW!!!! We can make a change!!!! I am very thankful for all your supportive words! This is what we are here for....to encourage one another to keep going!!!!!!!!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! GO REDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!
