entering exercises

hey who knows when we enter our exercises how we enter our cardiovascular, i did the strength training part but it won't let me enter the cardio part :(

    Did you hit the cardiovascular tab?

    You select Exercise, Exercise Diary, Cardiovascular then select Add Exercise. From there you can search for whatever exercise you want to add, two that I have found are Running and Elliptical, but cycling is on there as well. There is a search engine where you can search their database of exercises for what you are looking for. But after you find it, you need to go back into your exercise diary to add it.

  • ok finally got it lol everything pretty much goes under cardiovascular unless you specifically put in what weights and how many reps you did then that goes under strength training :)

    Yup, I just put it all under cardio, because there is no way I am counting!!! :)
