Very happy so far...but I've got to keep it up! My goal is to hit the 140s (50 lbs!) by Valentine's Day, but I won't lie, I would be ecstatic if I hit it before February! I normally don't lose more than 1.5-1.8 lbs per week, so I know it may not happen, but I will definitely try!0 -

My scale messed with me a bit my 1st week here so I'm slightly nervous to weigh. I've exercised 5 times a week and gone over my caloric goal 3 times in 2 weeks. I will weigh Thursday though....I promise!0

Down 3.2 pounds for the first week! I always tend to lose weight pretty quickly when I first start cutting calories/exercising, then it levels off. It'll be interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks.
