I am new to this, started Saturday. I am trying to get more paleo friends on my friends list. Please add me! I have lost 4 1/2 pounds in 4 days! I am so excited, I love this way of living so far. I have my husband on board, and if after the 30 days we decide to stick with it, we are throwing the kids on board too!
