Any tips on finding a good trainer? I am doing my first show in May, and my personal trainer used to compete. She is starting a new small group training program (in which I am enrolled) for competition preparation including posing, picking a suit, personalized training plan, nutrition plan based on an RMR asessement, etc. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on knowing if you're in the right hands. As a first time competitor, I will already be at a disadvantage and I'd like to make sure I am REALLY prepared.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Being that I train competitor's... i would say look at B & A of clients, client results, ask former/current clients, etc. Always look for RESULTS. I can probably promote myself by mentioning that ALL of my competitor's always finish Top 5, but i dont. I hold a interest meeting at the beginning of the year and let potential competitor's ask my girls whatever they want. I even leave the room0
