So far I have lost 4.8 lbs and 9.5 inches total. Nothing at all in my arms even though they wobble less. Not too shabby. How about you?

    I havent measured yet. Normally I measured every 10 days, this time I thought of waiting until the last day to measure...last time I did 30 day shred I only did it for 25 days and lost 14 inches...I was so amazed. I know for a fact I lost a lot of inches I can tell just by looking at myself...Great job on almost 10 inches, just think how many more you will lose over the next 11 days!
