i'm dying. i thought i had level one down but level two just kicked my *kitten*.

i'm not terribly strong in my upper body and all those plank moves were killers.

but I did it! and I finished without stopping. thank goodness there is a "beginner" way to do some of those exercises.

I hate planks so I guess I will hate level 2....not even going to start it until level 1 is to easy for me...thinking maybe 14 days instead of 10...but hoping for 10!

I LOVED level 2! The exercises are hard, but at least more challenging..:)

Level 2 is definitely tougher! I like it though. By the end sweat is POURING off of me and I feel like I'm gonna die, but I feel so good after the workout it's worth it! Bout to get dressed and go at it again...Level 2 day 3!

i don't dislike, I can just barely do the plank moves. i feel like i've been set back but I am sweating by the end, no doubt.

I'm kinda switching between levels so I don't get bored and level 2 is much more fun. :-)

I love level 2. If you have to modify the plank moves but stay in plank position. Just holding the position will make you so much stronger you will be amazed at the difference at the end of the 10 days. If you go back to Level 1 after 10 days of Level 2 you will be so much stronger you will surprise yourself so stick with it and stay in plank position even if you can not move your feet as fast as they do.

I've been doing it and just going slower. I def. have to do the beginner moves in plank. Everything else on this level I seem to be able to achieve just fine. I mean, I'm sweating and dying, but I'm doing it. The plank moves just kill. Here is to 8 more days of level 2!

i just did my first day of level 2 today and id have to agree....the planks suck...i cant do them i can do maybe three tops before i die....and i dont like the twist thing either....looks like i am doing the modified moves for quit some time...oh ya and the ones where you kick out and raise your weights are no fun too....bhahaha so i guess all of level 2 :)
  • Today is first day Level2. I have no upper body strength at all. I hardly able to do these planks. T_T
