Good day all and welcome to Day 12!
Let's talk about food! I'm about to start a keto diet tomorrow and it's the first time I've tried anything other than "don't eat a ton of bad ****" in terms of a restrictive diet. Eep!
What "diets" have you tried? Any that worked? Didn't work? What are you doing now for losing weight, in terms of food?

I'm using a modified paleo in that I eat a piece or two of fruit daily, and I have some dairy (usually no more than 2 servings a day). I need the calcium and it helps keep the skin from sagging so much. I've really gotten used to having veggies and beans with my breakfasts LOL0
