Good luck and strong willpower to everyone kicking off Round 13 today! Since I'm a distance runner, I'm using Matt Fitzgerald's "Racing Weight" system to monitor the quality of my diet. What method or metric is everyone else using?

Good day all! This group seems to be somewhat of a waste of time. Not much in the way of participation (but thanks to the few of you who comment) so what should we do. If you find this group useful, please let me know. I don't mind keeping it open and everyone can just post whatever they want instead? What do you think?

Good day all! How was your weekend? Sorry for the lateness, but I was at the gym for the morning. I hate getting up early but I love having my workout done before noon! What's your favorite/least favorite forms of exercise? I hate squats and leg extentions. Yuck!
