This group looks a little dead (I don't see any post for the previous round), but enough people are starting the next round that I figure a few will probably end up here, and when they do, this post will be useful!

I'm a 22 year old student from Montréal looking for an overall lifestyle change. This is my first round but not my first time kicking my butt into shape. Hopefully it'll be more fun this time since there's a community aspect. Feel free to add me, good luck everyone!
