Does anyone know if there is a way to stop your calories burned from being added into my daily calories? For instance I am at 1200 calories a day but if I add exercise in like walking for 1 hour and burned 325 calories then it tells me I can have 1525 calories. I don't want it to do that. lol

You cannot stop it, but when you add your exercise, you can change the calories burned number to 1. (It will not accept 0.) So then it will not add (much) on to your calories for the day!

I dont' because I want to lose weight. I don't know if that's what Melody would tell you, its just what I do. You want to burn more calories than you take in=weight loss.

I have heard Mel say DON"T eat your exercise calories if you are trying to lose weight.
  • Thanks for the input. Mel definitely says not to eat your calories burned.

Stay in your 1400-1600 calorie window regardless of exercise!!
