    Great to have everyone involved....weigh in tomorrow for me! Im not sure Ill have done that well, when I hopped on the scales this morning I was only 200g down....look forward to seeing everyones results!

    i couldnt find Jillians level 2 workout on you tube, so left it, and it rained so didnt take the dogs out as often. Excuses, excuses but its obviously made a difference! Might do level one for another week, then at least Im still doing something

    I was gutted last week too... But when I thought about it, you're only meant to lose a pound a week. So 1kg in 2 weeks is 1.2 pounds a week! WTG!

    I exercised most days and can definately feel the difference in my body, but I did not watch my calorie intake and ate alot of junk... This shows on the scales, but a loss is a loss.
