I was gutted last week too... But when I thought about it, you're only meant to lose a pound a week. So 1kg in 2 weeks is 1.2 pounds a week! WTG!0 -

I exercised most days and can definately feel the difference in my body, but I did not watch my calorie intake and ate alot of junk... This shows on the scales, but a loss is a loss.0 -
