Body changes along the way

I know its far too early to be thinking about any real noticeable changes but I thought it might motivate (or reassure) ourselves and each other if we note any small changes we notice along the way.
I weighed myself this morning even though I told myself I wouldn't until day 10. I have gained 4lb! I'm not too disheartened by this as a lot of people who had completed 30 days seem to have had the same experience.
However, my stomach and waist seem to have changed a little, not really noticeable but everything looks a bit more 'tidy' if that makes sense.

Don't torture yourself with the scale (I do this too lol). I'm trying to do official check-ins once a week. When I get on the scale daily, I see so many variations. One day it seems as if i lost 3lbs, then the next day a lb magically reappears lol. It's just too early. Just try to focus on your overall feeling after completing a workout and how your clothes fit.
I totally understand the 'tidy" look that you are seeing. Great job!0 -

I've now done 10 days... The change I have really been seeing is in my abs. No six pack yet, not even close, but I see some definition running north and south below the rib section. I don't think I've seen that in a dozen years!0
