My name is Precious I am 28 years old. Start date 1/23/2012 SW215lbs. Lose 10lbs every 5 wks. The way I figure I can do this is by eating only 1200 calories, exercise 50 min daily, do not eat my exercise calories, 12 cups of water, no beer, no smoking and no cheating! What are your goals and you don't have to lose 10lbs 1+ lbs is good enough! Lets do this!!!!

Yay! My goal is to lose at least 5 lbs in the next 5wks,drink 8 to 10 cups of water and exercise at least 5 times a wk!

My goal is also to lose 5 lbs. by the end of Feb. Hubby and I are going to Aruba! Also training for my first half marathon! I workout 3-5 times a week plus play indoor soccer! My downfall is my bad eating habits! Working on changing those.0
