My name is Precious I am 28 years old. Start date 1/23/2012 SW215lbs. Lose 10lbs every 5 wks. The way I figure I can do this is by eating only 1200 calories, exercise 50 min daily, do not eat my exercise calories, 12 cups of water, no beer, no smoking and no cheating! My goal is to lose 120lbs! I plan on reaching this goal by exercising 5 times a week and changing the way I look at food. I would like to lose 3lbs a week. My biggest challenge is sweets, with my brithday coming up I know this is going to be difficuly but I want this and will be strong! :smile: Amanda

My goal is 120--that's 1 pound a week, with an ultimate goal of 115. I'm going to try to exercise 5 or 6 days a week for 30 minutes and drink lots of water each day (at least 32 oz.).
I would be happy with 1 lb. a week loss which would put me at 143. Would love to lose more, but slow is better. My second goal is master the Pilates exercises on the new DVD I just received. At 60+, they're difficult, but, I'm not going to allow this to get me down.
