Today's challenge:
Today, add 5 minutes to your exercise routine! If you don't have time to do a full workout, take a few spare minutes to do something like jumping jacks or jogging in place. Your body will thank you!

    Love this one! Do lunges while you watch tv, you think that it doesn't help, but every little bit does!
