Missed Saturday so did both on Sunday. Working on today's. I either have to do the easier ones or split them at this point but I am still plugging along! I think my arms and chest have been sore for about a week non stop now. Feels GOOD!0

I did all mine as part of my warm-up at the gym seemed to go a lot easier after warming up with other stuff first.0

I am going strong. But push ups are a bit too easy...my bf and I are doing this challenge with sit ups as well! So far no problems for me doing the whole lot in one go, no modified versions, no breaks. I am winding at what point I will need to split them into groups...hoping to make it to 50 at least.0
