Hey Shredders! I completed the 30DS today:-)

Start: December 17, 2011
Finish: January 24, 2012

RESULTS:
-17lbs lost
-7 inches in waist
-4 inches in thighs
-1.5 inches in arms

    Thanks:-) I'm going to do Turbo Jam for 30 Days. I did purchase JMs Extreme Shed and Shred and No More Trouble Zones, but thinking i'll give her a break for awhile--lol!

    You did great! You can really see a big difference. I am so jealous. Just kidding, but not really. You lost 17lbs in a month and a ton of inches. That is pretty awesome. I'd love results like that. Way to go. You should do great with the next 30 days.

    So let me just say YOU ARE A-MAZING (In my Sean T voice). I truly can see the difference...Shred is definitely an amazing fast result dvd, if you put the work in, which you can tell YOU DID! Keep up the great work! You are done! Some of us still have 6-7 days to go:frown:
