Tip for newbies. Who are trying to lose weight

Hey everybody hope everyone is having a great day! I wanted to give out a great tip for those who would like to lose weight. When I started. I decided that my dishes were way to large and my portions looked very tiny. I packed away all my plates, cups, and bowls and replaced them with salad plates small soup bowls and 4 ounce glasses. Wow what a difference it makes. My portions now look like I'm eating way to much! So my brain thinks. I take time to eat my meals and have been paying attention to my stomached saying its full and I'm happy to say I'm no longer a member of the clean your plate club.. This has really helped. I hope it can do the same for you good luck and happy eating.

My evening is great. Yours? Yeah I used to feel like I wasnt eating enough when I was using the larger plates and I would go for more. Now using the smaller ones. I feel like I'm eating to much. I love it. The 4 ounce glasses are great to. I used to fill jumbo size cups up with milk juice or whatever and it would be 3 servings worth. The 4 ounce insures that I'm drinking the right amount.0
