How is level 3?

I am still doing level 1. I have tried level 2 on a couple of occasions but I just don't have the upper body strength YET for all those planks. Does level 3 have lots of them too? I'm thinking of giving it a go. For me level 2 didn't give me as good a workout as level 1 as I spent most of the time trying to get into the plank position and never actually managed to do the movement I was supposed to!

Level 3 tonight for me, havent done shred since friday. Ive been taking a shred break doing other workouts. But i am ready for some leg burnin,lol.0
