Sorry if this reads as spam! I just got a HRM (inc calorie measurement etc) for $39.99 from www.1day.co.nz! $4 for shipping. I know these are quite popular amongst MFP members! Looking forward to finally knowing for sure how much my gym class burns (MFP said 497 calories) and the instructor announced to the class it was about 900-100 calories when done really hard out!!!

    Its running for a few days. I did a google and found the page there (albeit not on the front page) and I placed an order and it went through! Confirmation email in my inbox and all.

    Hi guys - got it in the mail a few days ago - loks good but I;m a tehcnical disaster so may have to get the old husband to help me figure it out!!! I am really wanting to know how much ny hour long bodycombat class burns!!!! MFP says one hour of punching/kicking is 497 calories however several instructors have said we burn about 700-800plus calories!! I have been using the lower calorie count (497 calories).

    Mine is a York and finding it good though it overestimates the calories burnt compared to the treadmill and stationary bike readings. I have started a spreadsheet with the data, so I can track my improvements (hopefully)
