Questions )) thank u in advance...So I joined a team beach group, and they are telling me that I should not eat my calories back and stay at 1200 calories to create a deficit???? sounds crazy to me because i know that 1200 calories may be to little and your body may go into starvation mode. But what someone had told me after asking this question on team beach body group was . "Many people don't want to lose weight because they are at their ideal weight so the program adds back in the calories you burned exercising to prevent weight loss. If you want to lose weight you don't add it back in." I'm so confused but i am going to to continue eating my exercise calories back. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

I don't eat all of them back but sometimes I'll eat a few extra calories since working out so much exhausts me and I need the fuel to keep up!0

The best time to eat is within the first 15 minutes after your workout. Here is a good read and explanation on why
