Hello everyone. If you haven't bought the video yet and have the ability to stream Amazon videos via PC, Roku, and etc or download it to a DVR, Tivo box, PC and etc, then I recommend that you buy the video from Amazon Instant Video for $4.99 for all three levels or $1.99 per level. This option is much cheaper (as opposed to buying the DVD for $8 to $10) and you can travel without a taking break from the workout challenge. Hope this helps.

    I have purchased mine through Amazon Instant Video and they work just fine wherever I'm at. I was at work when I purchased it from my laptop and watched it while it downloaded to my Tivo at home, which works just fine. It was the cheaper option for me which provided me with instant viewing and I can still view the video when traveling. Hope this helps.
