Did level 1, day 3 last night and I felt better while doing it than I did while doing day 2. I also burned more calories ... ? Maybe I was just pushing a little harder :) What day is everyone on and how are you feeling?
So i started this 30DS on the 24th... missed only 2 days from being ill. I am still on Level 1 workout. Should I be moving on by now to Level 2? For the most part...I'm still sweating my ass off and find it hard to keep up with the cardio (jumping jacks, jump rope mostly) without having to take a breather. Anyone else…

Hello everyone! I just joined this group but I am actually starting my Shred on Thursday. How is everyone's challenge going so far?
I wanted to start on the 26th but had no sound, I had to wait til today to get started. Anyone else just getting started? Or wanted to start but haven't yet? I started this morning. It was tough but doable and I feel it is perfect for the mornings!

Just wondering how everyone is doing. I'm on day 9. I had gained a few pounds over the holidays and I've finally gotten them off. I've also lost 3/4 inch on my waist. It's so great to see the scale moving in the right direction again!
I know this may sound crazy, but what bit do you really like/love about the 30DS? My favourite bit is the transverse abs bit when Jillian says "that little pooch you hate"....
