    If it's bbq'd it's 0 cals, If it's pav, just count the fruit.......

    Great day - got to sleep in, stayed within my calorie limit, enjoyed a coffee out with friends and then got to hear my niece sing the national anthem atthe Adelaide Australia Day Concert in front of thousands. :happy:

    Oh, the barbie got me today, calorie-wise!

    And it hit 41 degrees, so ain't nobody doin' no exercise outside. (And it seems everyone in Oz got rain but us!)

    How can I not drink some Strongbow's on Australia day? lol! Cider blows my calorie budget to smitherines.... but man it was tasty :drinker:
