Hey all, I am missing a lot of numbers from people. I don't want to submit Week 3 scores without having everyone submit their information. So I will post by tomorrow evening what team won Week 3. Make sure to get your numbers in to me via email.

It is the final week, lets all kick it up a notch! We can all do this.

Monday - 75 Squats with Swimmer presses

    So for squats with swimmers presses, do I do a squat, then stand up and do a swimmer's press?
