I like 50g icecream in a cone - takes a longer time to eat a small amount so seems more satisfying for only about 100-150cals depending on the type. For a little bickie to have with a cup of tea - fruit shortcake are pretty low cal. Low fat custard or yoghurt pots are also good. Oh and I used to get the kinder chocolate bars (can't remember the name but they come in a pack of 6) - only a bit over 100cals but feels like a whole chocolate bar somehow. Curlywurlys are really low cal too.0

I've made up some Hartleys sugar free orange jelly, instead of topping up with cold water I used diet lemonade and added some mandarin segments to it. Yummy and about 10-15 calories for a serving 0 0

I treat myself (regularly) to a tube of smarties. I have to suck them and then they last for ages and they are 180 cals per tube - so not that bad. x0

I have a Freddo chocolate bar, and cut it up into tiny pieces, and have it a piece at a time with my cup of coffee. I can make it last for ages, and it really feels naughty!0

mix a tin of reduced calorie condensed milk with a large tub of non fat natural yogurt - put mix into ramekins (makes about 6) and bake in a bain marie in the oven at 180 for 20 mins. Cool and refrigerate. Eat on it's own of topped with fresh fruit or a smashed up ginger snap or a smashed up flake. YUM!0
